bmw99 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Commitment

Gaming is for fun — not addiction. bmw99 is always committed to the mental and financial protection of its players. Set safe limits and enjoy.

What Is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter?

Online gaming and betting can be an enjoyable form of entertainment, as long as it is kept within limits. Responsible gaming means you stay in control of your own time and money. bmw99 believes every player should know when to stop and how to maintain a healthy balance.

We have built a transparent, secure, and fun environment for players in Bangladesh. But that environment stays positive only when every individual is aware of their own responsibility. Our responsible gaming policy supports exactly that awareness.

On this page you will find out how to set deposit limits, what self-exclusion is, how the time-out feature works, and how to contact us if you run into trouble.

21+

For ages 21 and above only

To open an account at bmw99 and take part in any game or betting activity, you must be at least 21 years old. We are committed to keeping minors protected from gaming.

Our Protection Tools

bmw99 provides every player with the following protection measures, keeping you in control at all times.

Deposit Limit

Set how much you deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. Once a limit is set, it is not possible to go beyond that amount. This is the most effective way to manage your budget.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you can lock your own account for a set period of time. This can range from 30 days to a permanent break.

Time-Out Feature

Set a time-out for a short break — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this period, logging in to your account or placing bets will be completely disabled.

Gaming History Review

You can view the complete history of your betting activity at any time. Understand how much time and money you have spent and make informed decisions.

24/7 Support

Our Bengali-language live chat support is always available for any questions or concerns about responsible gaming. We help without judgment.

Age Verification

We verify the age of every user at the time of registration. No one under the age of 21 can create an account or play on our platform.

Warning Signs of Problematic Gaming

Ask yourself — do any of the following apply to you? If so, it is time to seek help.

  • Betting with money set aside for essential expenses
  • Being unable to stop gaming or feeling restless

Responsible Gaming FAQ

Self-exclusion is a voluntary measure where you can completely close your own account for a set period of time. Once activated, logging in or making any transactions is not possible until that period ends. For permanent self-exclusion, the account cannot be recovered.

Yes, but for safety reasons, lowering a limit takes effect immediately, while a request to raise it may take up to 72 hours to process. This delay is intentional — it prevents placing excessive bets on impulse.

A time-out is a temporary break — usually from 24 hours up to 6 weeks — after which the account is automatically reactivated. Self-exclusion is long-term or permanent, and is suitable for serious concerns. Both features can be activated from account settings.

No. A minimum age of 21 is required to create an account at bmw99. Age is verified during registration and we continue to run age verification processes afterwards. Keeping minors safe is one of our highest priorities.

Start by speaking with empathy and without judgment. Encourage them to contact our support team through bmw99's live chat or email. We can also assist family members with third-party requests.

Yes. Even when self-exclusion is active, any remaining balance in your account stays safe. Funds can be withdrawn at the end of the period or through the support team following the standard withdrawal process. For any assistance, write to [email protected].
